Digital Badge Programme

We have partnered with the Region of Learning badge programme to provide a simple step-by-step pathway for each participant to work through to help build confidence, awareness and help them build their future.

The badges programme is a nationally recognised initiative which aims to breakdown training into bite size pieces which are bespoke to each provider. This is a different way of looking at this learning as we recognise each person is unique and has different lived experience and skills. We want each participant to be able to develop at their own pace and build on their learning.

The badges we have created are based on recognised personal skills, understanding opportunities and helping to break down the barriers faced by midlife women. We have focused on a more individual approach and encourages each participant to look at who they are and what makes them tick. The badges also aim to identify what each participant really wants next and what they need to do to achieve these key goals. Each badge is interactive and asks a lot of questions!

Once these badges are completed there is a one-to-one meeting with one of our team to discuss the outcomes and look to plan the next steps. Whether this is a referral to further training, an interview with our employer partners, volunteering or to an interview with one of our recruiter partners.

We are currently working on further badges to including your midlife CV and algorithms, how to prepare for an interview and resilience.
