Building a world where midlife women have the confidence, skills & ability to thrive within age positive work cultures

Midlife360 CIC is a growing Cambridgeshire based Social Enterprise.
Our focus is to support women in midlife to thrive at work whilst enabling organisations to recognise and promote the value of midlife women in their workplace.
Through lived experience and local research, we understand the barriers faced when returning to work, looking to upskill or change direction as a midlife woman. Together can address these barriers and work to overcome them whilst finding our way to thrive.
